West Coast; Best Coast: Cooks' House x Granor Farm

We are thrilled to be welcoming James Beard Finalists Chefs Eric Patterson and Jennifer Blakeslee back to Granor Farm this May. Each of their innovative, seasonal menus are built around local produce and inspired by global flavors. At Granor, they will be creating their menu alongside Granor Chef Alex Skrzypczyk in the same manner—harvesting the freshest spring produce from our fields and designing a one-of-a-kind, never-to-be-repeated menu celebrating the glory of May in Michigan.
