This is a market style CSA that includes your choice of six Granor-grown vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruit each week. You will be able to choose your weekly items based on the seasonal availability in our Farm Store. We grow over 100 different varieties of vegetables from spring lettuces, summer’s vine-ripened tomatoes, and fall root crops. Also included are bright spring and summer flowers, fresh culinary herbs, and mixed berries. Everything in the Vegetable CSA is Certified Organic and grown by us from seed to harvest.

A Vegetable CSA Subscription also includes early access to Taste of Granor dinner tickets that fall within the dates of your seasonal share. You’ll receive a private link to book tickets (while availability lasts) in your confirmation email.

Add a variety of certified organic Granor grain staples to cook with all season long! An example box could include 5 pounds of whole wheat flour, 5 pounds of all-purpose flour, 2 pounds of buckwheat flour, 1 pound of buckwheat groats, 1 pound of black beans, 1 pound of freshly milled heirloom cornmeal, and 1 pound of wheat or rye berries. This box will be ready for pick up on Week 1 of your seasonal vegetable CSA subscription.

Let us stock your pantry with a mix of essential curated products including olive oils, vinegars, specialty condiments, handmade kitchen linens, and more! These pantry staples will be hand selected by our chef and farm store manager to create a one-of-a-kind, seasonal mix of products. This box will be ready for pick up on Week 1 of your seasonal vegetable CSA subscription.

1 dozen pasture-raised eggs per week from a variety of farms. This guarantees you a dozen of pasture-raised, non-GMO fed, regional eggs from farms like Verdant Hollow, Wild Coyote, and Turkeyfoot Farm. Due to limited availability, Granor eggs will not be included in this add-on. A dozen eggs will be reserved for each week in your Seasonal Vegetable CSA subscription.

Join us for four separate and unique dinners, each informed by and organized around a different season.

On specific Fridays in May, September, and December you will experience the seasonal bounty from the farm along with the changing landscape. Each dining experience will begin in our Schoolhouse with an in-depth discussion led by a Granor farmer focused on the particular season and a field or greenhouse tour. Following this, we will move to the Greenhouse Dining Room for a multi-course, family style meal.

The cost to join includes four dinners with beverage pairings and the pre-dinner tour and discussion. Please note that one subscription entitles one person to attend the four dinners.

Dinners will be held on the following dates and topics:
Agriculture Vegetables and Grains: Friday, May 31st at 6:30 PM ET
Cooking from a Farm: Friday, September 6th at 6:30 PM ET
Granor Today and Tomorrow: Friday, December 6th at 6:30 PM ET

Dates are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend a dinner you may give your seat away. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions if noted at the time of booking. Non-alcoholic beverage pairings are available. Our tables are communal and we will rotate guests so you are sitting with new diners at each meal.

This is a 10-week Farmers Choice CSA that includes a pre-packed box of six winter provisions to stock your kitchen each week. Pickup dates are February 16 to April 20 at the Farm Store on Fridays & Saturdays 11am-4pm ET. Each weekly box includes: 1 produce item, 1 quart of soup, 1 loaf of bread, 1 grain or legume, 1 condiment from the Granor kitchen, and 1 curated product from the Farm Store. Everything except the curated product from the Farm Store will be Granor grown or prepared. There may be times that we showcase another like-minded producer with a produce or grain item, such as Mycopia mushrooms or Zürsun heirloom beans.

Here are some examples that a winter provisions box could include:

Produce: 1 bag mesclun mix, 1 pound carrots, or 1 clam microgreens

Soup: 1 quart of winter squash soup, broccoli cheese soup, or tomato soup

Bread: 1 country loaf, polish rye loaf, or multigrain loaf

Grain or Legume: 1 pound beans, 2 pounds all-purpose flour, or 1 pound wheat berries

Condiment: plum mustard, marinated eggplant, or pickles

Curated Product: Cellar Door preserves, Seed + Mill tahini, or Cabi yuzu vinegar
