We offer a market-style CSA that includes your choice of six Granor-grown vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruit each week based on the seasonal availability in our Farm Store. We grow over 100 different varieties of vegetables from spring lettuces, summer’s vine-ripened tomatoes, and fall root crops. Also included are fresh-cut flowers, culinary herbs, and mixed berries. Everything in the Vegetable CSA is Certified Organic and grown by us from seed to harvest. CSA shares can be picked up at our Farm Store on Fridays & Saturdays 10AM-6PM ET (and on Sundays 10AM-2PM in July & August).

Each week select a package of our frozen scones, cookies, pie or pizza dough for a fast brunch, dessert, or midweek snack. We regularly stock 3 varieties of scones, 2 varieties of cookies, all-butter pie dough, and yeasted pizza dough. You will select 1 take & bake pastry based on store availability each week of your CSA.

Each week select one of our rotating heat and eat meals from the Granor Kitchen for a fast and delicious dinner at your fingertips. Both vegetarian and meat-based options are available each week in both our freezer and refrigerated sections. You will select 1 heat & eat meal based on store availability each week of your CSA.

Select one quart of soup per week from our rotating selection of frozen soups made from Granor-grown ingredients. We regularly offer chicken stock as well as vegetarian and vegan options for you to choose from. You will select 1 quart of soup based on store availability each week of your CSA.

Every week the Granor Kitchen mixes up a variety of dressings to pair with the beautiful greens grown on the farm. We regularly stock Champagne Vinaigrette, Ranch, and Tahini dressings as well as a rotating weekly special for you to choose from. You will select 1 bottle of dressing based on store availability each week of your CSA.

This guarantees you 1 dozen of pasture-raised, non-GMO fed, regional eggs from farms like Verdant Hollow, Wild Coyote, and Turkeyfoot Farm. A dozen eggs will be reserved for each week in your Seasonal Vegetable CSA subscription.

Let us stock your pantry with a mix of essential curated products including olive oils, vinegars, specialty condiments, handmade kitchen linens, and more! These pantry staples will be hand selected by our chef and farm store manager to create a one-of-a-kind, seasonal mix of products. This box will be ready for pick up on Week 1 of your seasonal vegetable CSA subscription.

Granor Sparkling is a cuvée close method sparkling made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Chambourcin grapes, with notes of pear and apricot.

Granor White is a dry white blend of Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris, with notes of white peach, pear, and grapefruit.

Granor Rosé is a off-dry blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Marechal Foch, with notes of ripe strawberry and watermelon.

Granor Red is a dry 100% Gamay Noir, with notes of fresh berry and black pepper.
