Our Dining Subscription includes four distinct dinners held near the equinoxes and solstices, each celebrating the changing landscape and the ingredients that define the season.

Your Experience Includes:
1. Pre-Dinner Farm Tour – Begin the evening with a guided walk through the fields or greenhouses to see what's growing and how the solar position guides the energy of that moment on the farm.
2. Multi-Course, Family-Style Dinner – Gather in the Greenhouse Dining Room for a meal featuring just-harvested ingredients, beverage pairings, and rotating communal seating.
3. Seasonal Focus – Each dinner tells the story of that moment on the farm through food, conversation, and connection.
