For generations, people have guarded against the longest night of the year with the warmth of fire and candlelight. Join as as we delight in the longest night of the year with a candlelit dinner full of warming celebratory food. Join us for a five-course meal paired with Granor wines and spirits to gather with friends, new and old, and together, drive out the cold and beckon the sun's return.
Winter solstice on the farm marks the end of one growing season with eyes eagerly turned to rest and planning for the season ahead. We fill the days with quiet, snow-covered walks and intention setting for the coming season all while fortifying our spirits with food, company, and good cheer.
Arrive to lantern lit path inviting you to the glowing Greenhouse for a dinner lit almost exclusively by candlelight. You can expect a festive, cozy dinner filled with Granor-grown produce, fire-baked bread, local meats, bubbly cheese, and sustaining soup. Granor wines pair with the meal, warming the soul and beckon the return of the sun.

Ellie Mullins, beloved owner of P&E Bottle Shop, and her brother, Daniel Fitzgerald, will select wines made by their family with craftsmanship and heart. Join us for a night of food, wine, family, and friendship with Granor-grown ingredients and wines selected from the DANIEL Wine portfolio.

Enjoy a five-course meal from the Granor Kitchen, with courses accompanied by a wine pairing hand-selected (with no sibling rivalry) from the DANIEL Wines portfolio. Proceeding the meal will be a conversation with the Fitzgerald-Mullins family about their history, their work, their wines, and what they ate as kids that made them such a culinarily-focused family.
