Join us for a five-course meal paired with Granor wines and spirits to gather with friends, new and old, and together, drive out the cold and beckon the sun's return.
Winter solstice on the farm marks the end of one growing season with eyes eagerly turned to rest and planning for the season ahead. We fill the days with quiet, snow-covered walks and intention setting for the coming season all while fortifying our spirits with food, company, and good cheer.
Arrive to lantern lit path inviting you to the glowing Greenhouse for a dinner lit almost exclusively by candlelight. You can expect a festive, cozy dinner filled with Granor-grown produce, fire-baked bread, local meats, bubbly cheese, and sustaining soup. Granor wines pair with the meal, warming the soul and beckon the return of the sun.

Have you ever watched a cooking show and wished that you could ask a question or taste what they are making? Now you can! In our Chef's Table Dinners, the Granor Chef will teach a minimum of five different dishes, followed by family-style meal featuring the demonstrated dishes and accompanied by our Granor Wine. These events are typically about three hours, and you will leave with full recipes, a new skill set, and a full belly.
Join us for a celebration of the women in food who make our region so special—complete with a cocktail hour and multi-course, family-style meal highlighting a host of exceptional female growers and producers from our region.
The evening will begin with a cocktail and appetizer hour in our School House, featuring Granor Spirits and Granor-grown produce. We will then move to the Granor Greenhouse for a family-style meal loaded with Granor-grown produce and ingredients from some of our favorite woman-owned local businesses: Madre Masa, Willowbrook Farms, Sticky Spoons Jams, Verdant Hollow Farms, Nourishing Notes, and Mick Klüg Farms.
The meal will be paired with Granor Table Wines and full NA beverages are available upon request.
