Gin

Dry Gin

Rooted in the soil and crafted with intent, Granor Dry Gin begins with our own organic soft red winter wheat. We’ve reimagined the classic dry gin by layering traditional juniper, bright citrus, and warm coriander with a vibrant, estate-grown botanical basket. Savory notes of celery leaf, dill, thyme, and rosemary mingle with the brightness of lemon verbena, creating an aromatic complexity that is crisp, herbaceous, and deeply connected to the farm.
