Granor’s inaugural Field Grain Rye, distilled entirely from certified organic heirloom Hazlett Rye grown on the farm. The 2021 vintage was shaped by a late spring freeze and a dry growing season, yielding a smaller harvest with concentrated flavor of spice, nuttiness, and caramel. Aged four years in Michigan-made new white oak barrels, capturing the complexity of the grain and the story of a challenging season. Very limited availability–our first-ever Rye Whiskey.
Available at the Farm Store, Taste of Granor dinners, and select regional partners. Can't make it in person? Sign up to hear about new releases and seasonal availability.

Only 53 gallons were barreled in 2021, then aged four years in a Michigan-made new white oak barrel. Extremely limited availability–rare and unrepeated.
