Experience the Private Botanical Dining Room

At Granor, every dinner is a direct reflection of that week's harvest. No two nights are alike, and no menu is ever repeated. When you reserve the Botanical Private Dining Room, your group enjoys this same multi-course dinner with beverage pairings, but in an intimate setting that is exclusively yours.

Throughout the evening, you will be attended by a dedicated server. Before the first course arrives, they will personally guide your table through the menu, sharing the story of the ingredients, their origins, and how our kitchen prepared them.

What to Expect

Your Own Private Space

Nestled beside the Botanical Greenhouse, the Private Dining Room is surrounded by olive, fig, and citrus trees. Tucked away from the main dining area, this intimate space is reserved entirely for your group.

The Full Menu

Enjoy a multi-course menu served family-style and individually plated, each dish is a unique reflection of the week's harvest. Our team will reach out two weeks prior to confirm your guest count and dietary needs.

A Dedicated Server

Your group will enjoy a dedicated server for the entire evening. They are there to ensure a seamless experience from your first welcome through to the final dessert.

A Personal Menu Talk

Before the first course is served, your dedicated server will guide your table through the evening's menu. They’ll share the story behind the ingredients and the inspiration guiding our kitchen that evening.

Private Dining FAQs

  • When will I know what is on the menu?

    We do not release menus in advance. We often harvest produce from our fields the same day as your dinner.

  • What type of food is served?

    We use the best of what's in-season from our farm to prepare a multi-course, family-style meal. 

  • Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

    Yes, usually! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you book your tickets so we can plan accordingly. We cannot guarantee accommodations for requests made after booking. While we try our best, our kitchen isn't allergen-free, and we cannot accommodate strict kosher or halal diets. Please check specific event listings for dinners where, due to the menu (like meat- or dairy-focused events), we might be unable to accommodate dietary needs. If you have severe food allergies, our dinners may not be suitable for you.

  • Do I need to pay in advance?

    Yes, please. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Are tickets available for sale at the event?

    We plan our events specifically for ticketed guests, so we cannot accommodate walk-ins or additional guests. If you'd like to add someone to your party, please email events@granorfarm.com to check for availability.

  • What should I do with my tickets if I can't attend?

    You're welcome to pass your tickets on to friends! Just email events@granorfarm.com to let us know about the change, and we'll handle the rest.

  • Do you maintain a waitlist?

    Yes. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please enter your information here.

  • Will I be dining with other people not in my group?

    No, your reservation of the Botanical Dining Room guarantees a private dining experience exclusive to your group.
