The same menu. An entirely private experience.

Every evening at Granor, the kitchen writes a menu around what's been harvested that week. No two nights are alike, no menu is ever repeated. When you book the Botanical Private Dining Room, your group of ten receives exactly that experience — the same multi-course dinner served in the main dining room that night, in a space that belongs entirely to you.

Your dedicated server will be with you all evening, and before the first course arrives they'll walk your table through the menu — the ingredients, where they came from, how the kitchen prepared them. It's the same conversation happening across the farm, just privately yours.

What to expect

Your Own Private Space

The Botanical Dining Room sits just off the western grow house, surrounded Tby ornamental, herbaceous, and tropical plants. Set apart from the main dining room, the space is reserved entirely for your group from arrival to the last glass.

The Full Taste of Granor Menu

Your evening features the same multi-course menu — family-style and individually plated — being served in the main dining room that night. Every dish led by that week's harvest, never repeated.

A Dedicated Server

Your group has a server to themselves for the entire evening. Unhurried, attentive, and there for the duration — from the first welcome through to dessert.

A Personal Menu Talk

Two weeks before the event, someone from the Granor Events Team will be in touch to confirm final headcount and dietary restrictions. On the night, your server walks the table through every dish before it arrives.

Private Dining Faqs

  • When will I know what is on the menu?

We do not release menus in advance. We often harvest produce from our fields the same day as your dinner.

  • What type of food is served?

We use the best of what's in-season from our farm to prepare a multi-course, family-style meal.

  • Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Usually. Because we are not a restaurant and tailor our meals to what’s in season, it is critical that all dietary restrictions be shared at the time of booking. Dietary restrictions not noted in advance of arrival are not always able to be accommodated. Be aware that our kitchen is not allergen free and cannot accommodate strict kosher or halal diets. If you have severe food allergies (e.g., peanut, shellfish, gluten), our dinners may not be suitable for you. From time to time we will also offer dinners that cannot accommodate dietary restrictions - such as showcasing a dairy or meat producer to compliment our own produce. Please refer to the specific event listing for specifics.

  • Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes. All of our event are advanced ticketed. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

All tickets are non-refundable nor date transferable.

  • Are tickets available for sale at the event?

We plan and prepare our events for the guests who have purchased tickets. We will not accommodate walk ins or additional guests joining an already booked party. If you have an additional guest with your party, please email events@granorfarm.com to secure an additional ticket based on availability.

  • What should I do with my tickets if I can't attend?

You are welcome to give your tickets to friends. We also maintain a waitlist in case of cancelations. Please email events@granorfarm.com to notify us of the reservation change, and if there is a current waitlist for the date, we will try to help you sell your tickets.
