Private Farm Dinner

A private Taste of Granor dining experience hosted within our signature Greenhouse—a striking glass structure steps from the fields where your ingredients are grown. This immersive setting offers guests a direct connection to their dinner as the sun sets over the farm.

Dining Options

  • The Signature Harvest: An appetizer hour followed by a curated 5-course menu with beverage pairings.
  • The Tasting Experience: An immersive 7-course chef’s tasting menu with beverage pairings.

Details: Our Greenhouse seats up to 60 guests. A 40-guest minimum applies to Friday and Saturday evenings from June through October.

Private Cooking Class

We offer private classes for groups of 6–12 guests, designed to bridge the gap between our organic fields and the final plate.

Class Options

  • Observational Chef’s Table: A front-row seat to a Taste of Granor dinner. Watch and learn as our chefs prepare a seasonal menu, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and taste through the courses.
  • Hands-On Workshop: Roll up your sleeves and join our kitchen team to prepare a seasonal menu from scratch, then enjoy the fruits of your labor with a communal meal.

Both formats can be customized to suit your group’s specific culinary interests.

Private Distiller's Tour & Tasting

Go behind the scenes for an immersive, two-hour exploration of our spirits program. Your experience begins with a craft cocktail in hand as we walk our certified organic grain fields, revealing the story behind the heirloom varieties we cultivate.

We then move to our micro-distillery for an intimate look at our production process, featuring exclusive barrel tappings of our aging whiskeys. The experience concludes with a curated tasting of four Granor spirits, thoughtfully paired with seasonal snacks from our kitchen.
