A masterfully balanced apéritif rooted in Michigan terroir, this vermouth begins with a vibrant blend of Traminette and Valvin Muscat wines fortified with a smooth brandy base. Aromatized with wormwood and rhubarb root, it is layered with savory marjoram, bay leaf, and bright Montmorency cherry. The result is a deeply nuanced, bittersweet spirit that shines on its own or elevates any classic cocktail.
This Italian-style apéritif features a base spirit distilled from Granor-grown soft red winter wheat, infused with our own Natchez blackberries, along with citrus, wormwood, and marjoram. Ideal for summer sipping and cocktails, this delicate amaro balances a gentle bitterness with floral, aromatic notes. Complex yet cohesive, with a lingering herbal and fruit finish, capturing the farm in every sip.
