Granor Farm was founded in 2006 by Rob Buono and Liz Cicchelli, named for their daughters, Grace and Eleanor. What began as a small educational vegetable farm with a mission to teach children about their food—the impetus for our beloved summer Farm Camp—has evolved into a 100-acre, certified organic farm and culinary destination in Three Oaks, Michigan.
While our footprint has expanded, our heart remains in the soil. We are committed to an environment that respects the land we cultivate, the products we grow, and the community we serve. We believe that the ingredients we nurture in our fields are the starting point for everything we do; they are the raw materials that we transform into immersive experiences. Whether through the curated plates in our greenhouse, the spirits distilled from our heirloom grains, or the classes held in our kitchen, our work is defined by a deep, agriculturally driven connection between the land and the table.
Today, we draw visitors from around the world to experience this journey firsthand through our diverse, interconnected departments.
Agriculture: We manage 100 acres using holistic, certified organic practices. Our intensive 5-acre vegetable operation produces 300+ varieties, while our grain program focuses on heirloom corn, wheat, rye, and barley. Whether destined for our Farm Store or Distillery, every harvest reflects the season.
Education: Rooted in our origins, we bridge the gap between farm and kitchen. Through our summer Farm Camp and year-round adult Culinary Classes, we empower our community to understand, prepare, and celebrate the food we grow.
Culinary: We host farm dinners year-round in our state-of-the-art glass greenhouse, offering unique tasting menus that are never repeated. Each week, our chefs explore innovative ways to transform the latest bounty of our fields into an elevated, agriculturally driven experience.
Distilling: A natural evolution of our craft, we use our own estate-grown grains to distill the essence of our land at a specific moment in time, capturing the spirit of Granor in every bottle.
Farm Store: Our community hub featuring our own produce, grains, and prepared foods, complemented by a curated selection of goods from regional makers.
