Class Styles

An intimate, instructional cooking experience led by a Granor Chef who cooks through a multi-course tasting menu that you sample along the way.

Monthly meetups focused on specific sourdough techniques, along with multi-day intensives for a deep dive into the art of naturally leavened bread.

We host customized private classes perfect for team-building, celebrations, or unique group learning experiences.

Chef's Table Dinners

Have you ever watched a cooking show and wished that you could ask a question or taste what they are making? Now you can! 

In our demonstration dinners, the Granor Chef will teach a minimum of five different dishes, and serve a tasting portion of each paired with our Granor Table Wines. 

These three-hour events offer a front-row seat to our kitchen, and you will leave with recipes and a full belly. Think of this as a Granor dinner, but with the added joy of learning how it's made.

Non-alcoholic beverages are always available upon request.

Sourdough Club & Intensives

Sourdough Club

Consider this your monthly sourdough office hours. Join our Lead Baker, Jill Morgan, and a community of fellow enthusiasts of all skill levels for a deep dive into a new topic each month. Whether you're troubleshooting a specific bake or looking to refine your process, these sessions are the perfect place to grow your practice.

Sourdough Intensives

Deepen your craft in our multi-day, all-inclusive workshops. Guided by Lead Baker, Jill Morgan, you’ll master sourdough techniques through hands-on practice, accompanied by farm-fresh meals. You’ll leave with a comprehensive sourdough workbook, fresh bread, and a 10% discount on all Sourdough Clubs for the year ahead.
