A Cocktail of the Month, every month.
Body: Each month the bar team puts together a new featured cocktail — built around whatever spirit or ingredient feels right for the season, paired with producers and flavours that reflect what's happening on the farm. March was the Black & Gold Old Fashioned, made with Hopper Rye, Irish stout reduction, and cocoa bitters. May brought the Nocturne — Granor Vermouth, Madcap Coffee cold brew, orange, and vanilla salt.
Every cocktail is available as a full pour during Farm Store hours. No reservation needed.
