Sourdough Club Second Session—a new series of classes, hosted once a month, each focused on a different sourdough topic. Led by Granor baker and sourdough extraordinaire, Jill Morgan, you will have opportunity to learn her tips and tricks, practice your new techniques, and ask her all your burning sourdough questions.
This three hour class includes a light dinner featuring Granor produce and grains, a demonstration of a variety of enriched breads with the opportunity for hands-on work along with recipes to bake your own loaf at home.

Learn the fundamentals of fresh pasta from illustrator and life-long pasta maker, Julie Morelli. In this class, you will create flour + egg and flour + water doughs to be transformed into various shapes and paired with fresh sauces. We'll work with Granor-grown wheat and other specialty flours for a true from-the-field experience.

Our workshops are the most in-depth course we offer. Together the group will prepare multiple pasta-based dishes under the tutelage of Julie Morelli. Then we will come together as a group and enjoy the fruits of our labors as a sit down, family-style meal. The meal includes Granor Table Wine.
Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region supported by a variety of organizations devoted to improving the common good. Granor’s “Community Benefit Dinner” series connects diners with regional place-makers with Granor Farm as a philanthropic partner. Our program begins with a discussion orientated around the organization and how it connects to the region, followed by a multi-course meal showcasing ingredients grown by Granor.

Join us for an evening in support of Girls on the Run (GOTR) Southwest Michigan. Girls on the Run is an after-school youth development program designed for girls in 3rd-8th grade, whose Southwest Michigan chapter serves participants throughout Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph, and Van Buren counties. GOTR strives to foster confidence and physical and mental well-being in young girls using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates movement.

Have you ever watched a cooking show and wished that you could ask a question or taste what they are making? Now you can! In our Chef's Table Dinners, the Granor Chef will teach a minimum of five different dishes, and serve a tasting portion of each one accompanied by our Granor Wine. These events are typically about three hours, and you will leave with full recipes, a new skill set, and a full belly.
