This class kicks off our Sourdough Club—a new series of classes, hosted once a month, each focused on a different sourdough topic. Led by Granor baker and sourdough extraordinaire, Jill Morgan, you will have opportunity to learn her tips and tricks, practice your new techniques, and ask her all your burning sourdough questions.
This three hour class includes a light dinner featuring Granor produce and grains, a shaping demonstration with the opportunity for hands-on work, and your own loaf to bake at home.

The evening will start with a conversation about all topics on oysters, a step by step guide to shucking. Then, as a class, we will prepare a multi-course meal utilizing oyster and showcasing the dishes that compliment a sea-side meal paired with Granor Table Wine.

In our Chef's Table Dinners, the Granor Chef will teach a minimum of five different dishes, and serve a tasting portion of each one accompanied by our Granor Wine. These events are typically about three hours, and you will leave with full recipes, a new skill set, and a full belly.
