In celebration of Women's History Month, we are thrilled to be partnering with Ellie Mullins, owner of P+E Bottle Shop in Three Oaks, MI, and Núria Garrote-i-Esteve, founder and owner of Vinovi & Co, for a very special wine dinner featuring expressive and soulful wines from Spain and Southern France.

Enjoy a five-course meal from the Granor Kitchen, with courses accompanied by a wine pairing hand-selected from the Vinovi & Co portfolio. Proceeding the meal will be a conversation with Ellie Mullins and importer Núria Garrote-i-Esteve.
From Barcelona to Detroit and beyond, Núria Garrote-i-Esteve has spent the last 15 years building Vinovi & Co., an importing portfolio dedicated to expressive, soulful wines from Spain and Southern France.
Núria works closely with farmers and winemakers who farm with intention, respect their land, and pursue balance, purity, and a true sense of place. These are wines shaped by personality and passion — wines that whisper rather than shout — offering an intimate expression of fruit, soil, and tradition.

Join us for a true Dinner Party, complete with cocktail and oyster hour and multi-course family style meal. Our March guest is Cub Dimling, chef, shucker, and co-owner of Motorshucker.

The evening will kick off a cocktail and oyster hour featuring the oysters and snacks hand-selected by Cub. We will then move to the Granor Greenhouse for a family style meal loaded with Granor-grown produce.
