Sourdough Club Second Session—a new series of classes, hosted once a month, each focused on a different sourdough topic. Led by Granor baker and sourdough extraordinaire, Jill Morgan, you will have opportunity to learn her tips and tricks, practice your new techniques, and ask her all your burning sourdough questions.
This three hour class includes a light dinner featuring Granor produce and grains, a demonstration of a variety of enriched breads with the opportunity for hands-on work along with recipes to bake your own loaf at home.
Students arrive to a light dinner and move to Granor Kitchen Island to discuss sourdough with Jill. The demonstration will focus on mixing a sweet sourdough starter and successfully incorporating additions into enriched doughs. These classes are interactive and have lots of opportunity for question asking and one on one instruction.
Students leave with a slew of information, recipes, and the confidence to begin (or continue) their sourdough journey.

Our Cooking Classes focus on a specific technique or ingredient to help expand your kitchen confidence. This two hour class is primarily demonstration with some opportunity for hands on work and always include snacks and non-alcoholic beverages but not a full meal experience.
