Aromatic Salt

We use this aromatic salt to flavor everything from the Thanksgiving turkey to seared fish to a big bowl of popcorn. It will last forever on your spice shelf.

Ingredients

1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
10 sprigs parsley
10 sprigs dill
5 sprigs sage
1 lemon zested
1 orange zested
1 tsp chili flakes

Method

  1. Roughly chop all the herbs then blitz everything in a food processor until green and aromatic
  2. Store at room temperature in an air-tight jar
