Ingredients
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
10 sprigs parsley
10 sprigs dill
5 sprigs sage
1 lemon zested
1 orange zested
1 tsp chili flakes
Method
Roughly chop all the herbs then blitz everything in a food processor until green and aromatic
