Summer Thursdays

In the warmer months Granor Farm is overflowing with vibrant flowers, hundreds of varieties of produce, heirloom grains, and fragrant herbs. To keep up with the summer abundance, we've opened Granor Farm on Thursdays for July and August. Join us at the Farm Store and Picnic Bar from 12 PM to 5 PM ET or at a Farm Dinner. 

To savor every moment of summer, an additional night of Granor's Farm Dinners are being offered for the months of July and August.

The experience of a Farm Dinner begins before food reaches the table. Sip a welcome drink in the Schoolhouse before setting off on a guided farm tour. Get a sneak peek of the menu through learning about what is growing in the fields and after hearing about Granor's mission and growing practices, circle back to the glass greenhouse where dinner awaits. 

In the greenhouse, experience a five course tasting menu made with Granor vegetables, herbs, and grains, along with fruits, meats, and other ingredients from local farms to supplement. At long community tables, pass family-style plates that highlight the farm's bounty. Each course is inspired by the farm and thoughtfully paired with Granor wines. 

After dinner we invite guests to stay and have a free tasting of Granor's portfolio of spirits, all made with Granor's organic heirloom grains. 

Additionally, the Farm Store and Picnic Bar will be open Thursday through Sunday for an extra two days to soak up summer at Granor. 

Enjoy lunch from the Picnic Bar while the kids have fun on the farmyard playscape after Farm Camp wraps up on Thursday afternoons. Additionally, CSA selections can be made before the weekend rush and if a busy weekend is in store, the Granor kitchen has stocked the cooler with marinated meats and prepared meals. 

After a long weekend, relax in an Adirondack chair, have a picnic, or take a leisurely walk through the vegetable and flower fields on Sunday mornings.
