Great spirits begin in the soil, and at Granor, that journey starts long before the beverage hits the ice. We are deeply committed to a grain-first philosophy, distilling our own organic, regenerative grains right here on the farm to create spirits that truly capture the essence of our land.
This season, our bar team has channeled that harvest into a rotating menu of cocktails that celebrate the best of what is currently flourishing in our fields, blending our signature small-batch spirits with fresh, farm-grown ingredients.
Whether you’re stopping by the Picnic Bar to unwind in the farmyard or joining in a toast at the start of a Farm Dinner, we invite you to taste the story of our farm in every pour.
Cool off with these limited-time infusions, crafted to capture the essence of our summer harvest:
Blackberry Buck: A zesty, refreshing kick featuring our Blackberry Amaro and Gin, brightened with lemon, ginger beer, and a sprig of fresh mint.
Farmer Palmer: Our rustic take on a classic; smooth Hopper Rye Whiskey meets the porch-swing comfort of iced tea and lemonade.
Available every weekend, our lineup of timeless classics: Vermouth or Amaro Spritz, Blackberry Negroni, Bourbon Manhattan, French 75, Gin & Tonic, and Gin Bloody Mary
At Granor, we don't just grow crops; we grow ingredients with a story. Right now, Grain Manager Jake Lahroff is out in the fields bringing in this season's harvest of small grains -- the very foundation of our spirits program. From the soil to the still, these regeneratively farmed grains are being meticulously transformed into our signature lineup of gin, amaro, rye, and bourbon.
We are especially excited for what will be resting in our barrels next: a future landrace whiskey born from years of heritage grain cultivation. When you pour a glass from a Granor Spirit, you aren't just enjoying a cocktail; you are tasting a full season of dedicated stewardship.
