Distillery

Our distillery extends Granor’s grain initiative, which has grown from a few acres of rye in 2014 to a diverse catalog of organic heritage grains. Produced in limited batches most under 500 bottles, our spirits and apéritifs are available exclusively at our Farm Store, Farm Dinner, and through select regional partners.

The Guild represents the latest evolution in our commitment to transforming high-quality, farm-grown ingredients into unique products. This multi-year initiative focuses on producing small-batch spirits and apéritifs crafted from our own grains, corns, and botanicals.

Distiller's Tour & Tasting

An immersive, behind-the-scenes experience at our on-farm micro-distillery.

Features a craft cocktail, a walk through our organic grain fields, and a guided tasting of four signature spirits paired with seasonal bites. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to limited-release expressions and take home a complimentary tasting glass.
