Join us for an evening in support of Healing to Action (HTA), an organization devoted to ending gender-based violence by building the leadership and collective power of the communities most impacted by GBV--immigrant, Black and brown, low-income, disabled, and LGBTQ survivors. Through HTA’s leadership development program and survivor-led grassroots organizing work, HTA survivor-leaders broaden their awareness of the intergenerational nature of gender-based violence; become lifelines to safety for isolated survivors in their communities; and help to transform the socio-economic conditions which enable sexual violence to occur at devastating rates in low-income communities of color.
