Tahini Dressing

We spoon this dressing over just about everything including hearty greens, sliced apples, roasted roots, or summer green beans!

1/4 cup tahini (we use Soom)
1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp red wine or sherry vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt


  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy adding a splash more water as needed
  2. Store in the fridge for upwards of two weeks
