Summer Celebraton: Botanical Private Dining Room
Our Botanical Dining Room is an intimate setting overlooking the western grow house and focusing on ornamental, herbaceous, and tropical plants.This listing reserves the Botanical Private Dining Room for 10 guests, all inclusive. Your evening will feature the same tour, menu and beverage pairings as served in the Main Dining Room but in a private space with a dedicated server and a custom menu talk with the Chef Team.

Summer on a farm is something deserving of celebration. Join us as we bask in the golden days of summer with a bountiful 5 course family style dinner featuring not only Granor-grown ingredients but paired with drinks from our distillery's full portfolio.

The evening begins with a cocktail-in-hand walk of the summer garden followed by a one of a kind, never to be repeated tasting menu in the glass Granor Greenhouse complete with full beverage pairings.

Two weeks before the event, someone from the Granor Events Team will contact you to get a final head count and dietary restrictions for your group. In case of more than 10 guests, we will invoice you for the remainder after the event. The Botanical Dining Room can seat up to 14 guests.
If you would like your guests to receive an email reminder a week before the event, please enter their email addresses when checking out under "Your Guests".
Please know we are not a restaurant open to the public. All dinners are ticketed by advance reservation only and include beverage pairings. The price is all inclusive of the meal, beverage pairings, tax, tip and fees. No outside alcohol is allowed. Like all of our other tickets, booking the Botanical Dining Room is non-refundable and not date transferable.

Taste of Granor Dinner
Join us in our Greenhouse for multi-course tasting menu that showcases the best of Granor's crops and other ingredients from local farms and global producers. Each menu is a snapshot of the farm at that moment in time, never to be repeated, showcasing our farm at that moment in time and paired with Granor wines and spirits.
Sourdough Club: 3 Day Sourdough Intensive
Consider this your Sourdough Boot Camp for bakers of all levels!

Join Granor Head Baker, Jill Morgan, as she guides you through the entire sourdough process from feeding starter, shaping, proofing, scoring, and baking in both a wood and electric oven. In addition to the instruction this package includes all meals including a Welcome Dinner on Thursday night, breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday as well as dinner with Harold Wilken from Janie's Mill in the Granor Farm Botanical Dining Room on Friday evening. Throughout the class you'll have full access to the Granor Kitchen and Team to learn all of our tricks and techniques.

Students leave with a slew of information, recipes, and the confidence to begin (or continue) their sourdough journey. Participants in the 3 Day Intensive also receive a promo code at the time of booking for 10% of the subsequent Sourdough Club tutorials throughout the year.
