The Distiller's Tour and Tasting is an immersive, hour and a half-long experience at Granor's on-farm, micro-distillery. Your visit begins with a craft cocktail to enjoy on the walking tour of the farm. In the grain fields, you’ll discover how our certified organic, heirloom grains are selected, cultivated, and harvested for each spirit.
Back at our micro-distillery, Granor distillers will guide you through the production process and a tasting of four Granor Spirits paired with light snacks from the Granor Kitchen. Additional tastings of our very limited cask-strength expressions and small-batch liqueurs will be sampled as available. Each ticket includes a complimentary tasting glass.
This ticket is for 21+ guests who will participate in the spirits tasting. Participants must provide a valid government-issued ID. There is an option during the checkout process to add a $20 ticket for your designated driver.
Our new spirits program is an extension of Granor's grain initiative, which began in 2015 with just a few acres of winter rye and now includes a robust catalog of heritage and landrace varieties of wheat, barley, and corn, all organically grown and stored on-farm. The spirits made with these grains are produced in extremely limited quantities, some as few as 100 bottles per batch, and are available exclusively at the Granor Farm Store and Dining Events.
Last year we released our Semi-Sweet Vermouth, Dry Gin, Bushel Bourbon, and Hopper Rye. This year we are expanding our spirit portfolio to include a Blackberry Amaro, new Single-Barrel Whiskeys, and Barrel-Aged Gin and Vermouth (see Distillery Page for release dates). This tour and tasting will be lead by our distiller, Anna Rafalski, and participants will get a window into the entire process of creating our spirits—from seed to sip. Each event begins with a craft cocktail to enjoy on a walking tour of our grain fields and concludes in our micro-distillery with a guided tasting our four Granor Spirits paired with light snacks.
This ticket is for 21+ guests who will participate in the spirits tasting. Participants must provide a valid government-issued ID. There is an option during the checkout process to add a ticket for your designated driver.
