Summer Tonic

We got this recipe from Elana Abt, New York sommelier, and will be drinking it all summer long.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz dark rum
1 oz amaro
1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz tonic water
rosemary to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a snifter with ice and add the rum, amaro, and lemon juice
  2. Top with the tonic water and stir briefly
  3. Garnish with rosemary
