Tender spinach and sweet strawberries tossed in a bright sesame lime dressing with scallions, toasted almonds, and sesame seeds
1. In a bowl, whisk togther lime juice, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Slowly whisk in neutral oil until emulsified.
2.Combine spinach, strawberries and scallions in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat.
3. Transfer to a serving platter and top with toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
