A cool and creamy sour cream dip packed with fresh scallions, chives, and bright lemon, perfect with chips, vegetables, or roasted potatoes.
1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, scallions, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
2. Let sit for atleast 15 minutes for the flavors to meld together. The longer it sits, the more the scallion and chive flavor will develop.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and finish with extra scallions and black pepper.
