Ingredients

4oz poached rhubarb simple syrup
4oz lemon juice
9oz Granor Dry Gin
12oz Granor Sparkling wine

Method

  1. Combine the poached rhubarb syrup, lemon juice and Granor Dry Gin.
  2. Pour over ice and stir to chill
  3. Top off with 12oz Granor Sparkling wine to serve as a punch, or distribute equally between 6 glasses and top with 2oz of Granor Sparkling wine.
