Ingredients

2 oz cream cheese
2 oz smoked fish
1 lemon, zest
5 chives, minced (optional)
1 bunch radish, sliced thinly
spinach (optional)
2 slices sandwich bread

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, fish, lemon zest, and chives if using and mash together until well mixed
  2. Schmear on the bread
  3. Top with the sliced radishes and spinach if using
  4. Top with the second piece of bread and eat
