1. Make the honey syrup by adding 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water to a small saucepan and stirring over low heat until the honey is dissolved. Cool before using.
2. Add Granor Dry Gin, Lemon Juice, and Honey Syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a coupe glass
5. Twist the lemon zest over the glass to release the oils & then garnish.
