Our first Barrel-Aged Gin and Vermouth

We're excited to release two new expressions of some of our favorite Granor Distilling products - Dry Gin and Semi-Sweet Vermouth, both aged for almost a year in Granor Bushel Bourbon barrels!

Time spent in a barrel has added a layer of depth and dimension that makes both of the spirits perfect for your favorite fall cocktails.

Barrel-Aged Gin
Distilled from Winter Wheat grown by Granor, our classic Dry Gin, aged in Bourbon oak barrels yields a spirit balanced by herbal notes and subtle sweetness reflected in a rich, amber hue.

Barrel-Aged Vermouth
Matured in Bourbon oak barrels, our semi-sweet Vermouth evolves into a richer, more contemplative expression of the original apéritif. Subtle notes of toasted oak, warm spice, and vanilla, create a deeper, silkier profile while preserving its unmistakable balance.
