Join us for a one-night-only dinner celebrating Chef Alex's birthday with a menu inspired by the city that shaped her as a cook.
For one evening, those memories come to life through the lens of Granor Farm, pairing the late-summer harvest with nostalgic flavors and iconic Chicago dishes, thoughtfully reimagined using the ingredients growing just beyond the Greenhouse.
The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and a guided walk through the farm before settling in for a multi-course dinner. Throughout the evening, expect playful interpretations of Chicago classics, complemented by Granor wine and spirits.
As with every dinner at Granor, the menu reflects the farm at this exact moment in the season, never to be repeated, but this particular evening offers a uniquely personal look at the places, traditions, and flavors that have influenced Chef Alex's cooking.

Join us in our Greenhouse for an multi-course tasting menu that showcases the best of Granor's crops and other ingredients from local producers and farms. Each menu is a snapshot of the farm at that moment in time and paired with Granor wines and spirits.
Farm Dinner: Botanical Private Dining Room
Our Botanical Dining Room is an intimate setting overlooking the western grow house that focuses on growing ornamental, herbaceous, and tropical plants. Our Farm Dinner experience offers an multi-course dinner inspired by the farm and the season. Each menu is a snapshot of the farm at that moment in time and paired with Granor wines and spirits.
This listing reserves the Botanical Private Dining Room for 10 guests, all inclusive. Your evening will feature the same tour, menu and beverage pairings as served in the Main Dining Room but in a private space with a dedicated server and a custom menu talk with the Chef Team.
