For our October Wine Dinner, we're keeping it all in the family, the Fitzgerald-Mullins family. Ellie Mullins, beloved owner of P&E Bottle Shop, and her brother, Daniel Fitzgerald, will select wines made by their family with craftsmanship and heart. Join us for a night of food, wine, family, and friendship with Granor-grown ingredients and wines selected from the DANIEL Wine portfolio.
.
Enjoy a five-course meal from the Granor Kitchen, with courses accompanied by a wine pairing hand-selected (with no sibling rivalry) from the DANIEL Wines portfolio. Proceeding the meal will be a conversation with the Fitzgerald-Mullins family about their history, their work, their wines, and what they ate as kids that made them such a culinarily-focused family.
“If you want to experience wine with your whole self… the wine has to be authentic.” — Terry Theise
That sense of authenticity is at the heart of DANIEL Wines — a deeply personal, family-driven project rooted in soil, culture, and collaboration.
Ellie’s brother, Dan Fitzgerald, began his winemaking journey with his first harvest in 2001. What started as a small father-son project with his father, Chris, has grown into a family endeavor that also includes Dan’s wife, Barbara, and stepmother, Honore — each bringing their own expertise from across the global wine industry.
DANIEL Wines focuses on producing very small lots from exceptional vineyards, prioritizing craftsmanship over growth. This dinner celebrates family, intention, and wines made with heart — shared the way they were meant to be, around the table.

Our 2026 Granor Farm Kick Off Event will be one of the most special nights on the farm. Join us for a true Dinner Party, complete with cocktail hour and multi-course family style meal. This first-of-the-series event is in support of Passages: Artists in Solidarity with Immigrants, Refugees, and Asylum Seekers, a brand new compilation album featuring newly commissioned songs from Dirty Projectors, Bonnie "Prince" Billie, Alan Sparhawk of Low, and many others.
.
The evening will kick off a cocktail and appetizer hour with the album's co-producer Emilie Rex and DJ set from local musican and album contributor Erik Hall. We will then move to the Granor Greenhouse for a family style meal, inspired by the idea of 'home', which is central to the mission of the work, all accompanied by the Pasages vinyl LP as our dinner music. This event continues the project's fundraising efforts with donations going directly to the two Texas-based, non-profit support organizations, American Gateways and Casa Marianella.
.
Albums will be available for pre-order at the time of booking and for purchase on the night.
The meal will be paired with Granor Table Wines and full NA beverages are available upon request.
Join us in our Greenhouse for a five-course, individually-plated meal that showcases the best of Granor's crops and other ingredients from local farms and global producers. Every menu is unique to that specific event and is a snapshot of our farm at that exact moment in time.
