Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region supported by a variety of organizations devoted to improving the common good. This Community Benefit Dinner benefits Lubeznik Center for the Arts and connects diners with a vital local non-profit, with Granor Farm as a philanthropic partner.
The evening will kick off with an introduction to Lubeznik Center for the Arts over cocktails. Janet Bloch, LCA Executive Director, and Janis Kanter, LCA Trustee, will provide an overview of the organization's essential work. Attendees will then move to the Granor Greenhouse for a five-course, family-style meal that showcases the best of Granor Farm’s crops and ingredients from other local producers and farms.
Granor Table Wines and Spirits will be expertly paired with the meals. Non-alcoholic beverages are available upon request.
Congratulations on winning the ArtBash Gala Auction and reserving the Botanical Dining Room at Granor Farm on October 23rd! Our Botanical Dining Room is an intimate setting overlooking the western grow house and focusing on ornamental, herbaceous, and tropical plants. Your experience features a multi-course, individually-plated meal that showcases the best of Granor's crops and other ingredients from local producers and farms. Each menu is written for that night, never to be repeated, and sharing our farm at a particular moment of time.
Your evening will feature the same introduction from LCA Executive Director, Janet Bloch, and LCA Trustee, Janis Kanter, as well as the same menu and beverage pairings as served in the Main Dining Room, but in a private space with a dedicated server and a custom menu talk with the Chef Team.
