Sourdough Club: Office Hours
Sourdough Club is a series of classes, hosted once a month, each focused on a different sourdough topic. Led by Granor baker and sourdough extraordinaire, Jill Morgan, you will have opportunity to learn her tips and tricks, practice your new techniques, and ask her all your burning sourdough questions.
Fifth Session: Office Hours | Sourdough Club returns for the fall season with an open Office Hours session! Whether you're troubleshooting a stubborn loaf or looking to take your baking to the next level, this is your opportunity to ask questions and learn alongside fellow bakers. Bring your questions about bread making, whole grains, fermentation timelines, starter care, flour selection, or production planning. No formal lesson—just an open space to solve problems, share experiences, and build confidence in your sourdough journey.

Students arrive to a light dinner featuring just-harvested produce and freshly-baked bread. Afterwards, participants will move to Granor Kitchen for a informal demonstration and discussion with Jill. The demonstration will focus on common bread challenges and tips on how to overcome them—including guidance on ingredient and equipment selection. These classes are interactive and have lots of opportunity for question asking and one-on-one instruction.
Students leave with a slew of information, recipes, and the confidence to begin (or continue) their sourdough journey.
