Pasta Club, inspired by the beloved Sourdough club series, is a series of classes hosted once a month, each focused on a different pasta related topic. Led by Julie Morelli of Nourishing Notes, and Jill Morgan, Granor’s Baker and Education Lead, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of fresh pasta making and sauce building with spirited stories along the way!
Second Session: Pasta in Soups | Discover the comfort of homemade soup through the lens of traditional Italian pasta.
In this demonstration-style class, Julie will share family-inspired recipes for Passatelli in Brodo and Maltagliati in Brodo con Fagioli, while exploring the foundations of exceptional soup making. Together, we'll discuss techniques for building rich layers of flavor in soup, and how simple, seasonal ingredients come together to create deeply satisfying meals. Participants will enjoy the soups together and leave with recipes and inspiration to bring these timeless traditions into their own kitchens.
All Pasta Club sessions include a light dinner featuring our just-harvested produce and Granor Wines (with non-alcoholic pairings available).
