Join us for a historic first at Granor Farm. For the first time ever, we are opening our doors for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tasting of unreleased, cask-strength bourbons alongside our distiller and whiskey committee.

Your experience begins with a guided walk through our grain fields, where you’ll discover the diverse heirloom varieties of corn and small grains that give Granor's estate spirits their distinct character. From there, step inside our micro-distillery to "thieve" pours of four rare, unreleased bourbons – including two of our oldest expressions aged for over five years. Uncut and unfiltered, straight from the barrel.

Sip and taste at your own pace while grazing from an unforgettable seasonal spread crafted by the Granor Kitchen, featuring our own organic produce, estate grains, and artisanal charcuterie.

To crown the experience, you’ll have the rare opportunity to hand-fill and purchase these unreleased bourbons straight from the barrel. It’s as close to the spirit as you can get without working here, making it an unforgettable addition to your collection or a one-of-a-kind gift.
