This slightly spicy, super herbaceous sauce is great spooned over just about any roasted vegetable or used as a dip for radishes or snap peas.

1/2 tsp coriander seed, ground
1/2 tsp cumin seed, ground
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1 fresh chili or 1/2 tsp chili flakes
4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
2 tsp salt
1 cups parsley, roughly chopped
1/2 cup other soft herbs, cilantro, dill, basil, roughly chopped
1 cup olive oil


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired
  3. Store covered in the fridge for up to 14 days
