Jill's Dill Sauce

Jill Morgan from the Granor Kitchen started making this dill sauce, and we can't stop spooning it over lettuce, tomatoes, summers squash. You name it.

1 bunch dill, roughly chopped
1 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp whole grain or dijon mustard


  1. In a blender combine the dill, olive oil and salt and blend until smooth
  2. Add the other ingredients and blitz to combine
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired
