Herby Buttermilk

This green dressing is perfect drizzled over any variety of roasted roots, fresh radishes, or to finish a green salad.

1 cup chopped herbs: parsley, dill, tarragon, cilantro
1 cup buttermilk
1 lemon, zest and juice
1/4 tsp salt


  1. In a blender, whiz everything together
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired
