Grilled Cabbage with Apples and Grapes

Ingredients
1 head cabbage
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1 apple
1/2 cup walnut, toasted
1/4 cup olive oil
3 sprigs dill, chopped
Method
Cut the head of cabbage into quarters and wash between the leaves then allow to dry
Halve the grapes
Cut the apple into small pieces
Combine the toasted walnuts with the olive oil, the dill, and a big pinch of salt
Grill the cabbage until charred on the outside and slightly tender at the core
Spoon the walnut mixture over the cabbage and top with the grapes and apple
