We are thrilled to be the venue for your event. Below are a list of terms for all of our private events at Granor Farm.
Booking and Payment Timeline:
*After deciding the format and details for your event, we will draft an event listing for your review and to provide deposit payment.
*The deposit is equal to the minimum headcount for the room.
*We will then hold your event for 30 days.
*Two weeks before the event, we will confirm final headcount, dietary restrictions, and any add-ons for your event.
*Dietary restrictions for all guests must be submitted at the 14 day advance communication to be honored.
*The week after the event we will invoice you for any guests over the minimum headcount paid for with the deposit as well as any additional charges.
*Payment is due upon receipt of invoice with late penalties charged thereafter.
*All of our events are inclusive of programming, meals, beverages, tip, tax and processing.
*No outside beverages are allowed.
Cancellation:
*We charge a 10% cancellation fee on the total package price.
*Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.
*Should Granor Farm need to cancel due to extreme weather or ultility outages, we will work with the party to reschedule, should that not be a viable option, we will refund the deposit.
Event Timing, Liability and Curfew:
*Our events average around 3 hours.
*Our parking lot is self park.
*We have a mandatory curfew of 10:30 ET.
*We reserve the right to charge a Late Departure Fee for parties that stay past curfew.
* We also ask that guests arrive and depart in a manner that is respectful and sensitive to our neighbors.
*Granor is not liable for personal injury at an event
Decorations:
*We set each table in our Greenhouse with live plants (including fresh flowers when available) and lighting.
*We do not allow outside decorative elements.
Rentals:
*Granor Farm will provide all tables, chairs, linens, glass, and service ware.
*Outside rentals are not permitted.
*We reserve the right to charge for breakage.
Music:
*We do not have a PA or sound system.
*If you would like to book an acoustic musician, they may have access to the space 1 hour before the event.
*Granor Farm does not coordinate logistics or payment to outside musicians.
