Join us for our 3rd Annual Not-Chili Cook-Off featuring bottomless soup and bread from the Granor Kitchen + local restaurants supporting the River Valley chapter of Food For Thought.
Farm Store the Granor Farm Store will be open our normal hours (9AM-5PM) and filled the first of our organic fall crops.
Annual Not Chili Cook Off every year we partner with area restaurants for a bean soup cook off that raises funds for the River Valley chapter of Food For Thought who helps provide additional resources for food insecure families in our area. This year's competitors are SideYard, Tapa Taco, Viola Cafe, and Granor Farm, with artisanal bread provided by Bit of Swiss.

Cooking with Granor: Chef's Table
Have you ever watched a cooking show and wished that you could ask a question or taste what they are making? Now you can! In our Chef's Table Dinners, the Granor Chef will teach a minimum of five different dishes, followed by a family-style meal featuring the demonstrated dishes and accompanied by our Granor Wine. These events are typically about three hours, and you will leave with full recipes, a new skill set, and a full belly.
Community Benefit Dinner: Lubeznik Center for the Arts
Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region supported by a variety of organizations devoted to improving the common good. This Community Benefit Dinner benefits Lubeznik Center for the Arts and connects diners with a vital local non-profit, with Granor Farm as a philanthropic partner.
The evening will kick off with an introduction to the murals that Lubeznik Center for the Arts has been facilitating in LaPorte and Michigan City over cocktails. Janet Bloch, LCA Executive Director, Mayor Tom Dermody of LaPorte, and renowned muralist Cheri Lee Charlton will discuss the health and economic benefits to the community. Attendees will then move to the Granor Greenhouse for a five-course, family-style meal that showcases the best of Granor Farm’s crops and ingredients from other local producers and farms.
Granor Table Wines and Spirits will be expertly paired with the meals. Non-alcoholic beverages are available upon request.
