Enjoy a five-course meal from the Granor Kitchen, with courses accompanied by a wine pairing hand-selected from the Champagnes & Châteaux USA portfolio. Proceeding the meal will be a conversation with wine importer, Michael Scharber, and Ellie Mullins of P&E Bottle Shop.
Champagnes & Châteaux is guided by a deep respect for nature and a belief that great wines begin with great people and remarkable places. Their wines reflect origin, craftsmanship, and a sense of joy meant for gathering.
Michael Sharber, who has been sharing these wines throughout the Great Lakes region since 2018, brings warmth, storytelling, and infectious enthusiasm to every table. Expect Champagne, château wines, and a holiday atmosphere filled with good cheer, great bottles, and even better company.

Despite its reputation, sausage is not a messy process! Join Granor Chef Erin Stanley for an introduction to sausage making at home. We'll cook a sausage-filled dinner together and leave with the skills to level up your summer grilling.

Our workshops are the most in-depth course we offer. Chef Erin will demonstrate everything you need to know about sausage making from meat selection, grinding, mixing, linking and cooking. Students will also mix their own breakfast sausage to take home. After the demonstration, we will come together as a group and enjoy the fruits of our labors as a sit down, family-style meal. The meal includes Granor Table Wine.
Granor Farm is fortunate to be rooted in a region supported by a variety of organizations devoted to improving the common good. Our May Dinner + Drinks event will be benefiting local non-profit and longtime partner of Granor Farm—Neighbor by Neighbor.

The evening will kick off with a cocktail and appetizer hour with Neighbor by Neighbor's Executive Director, Bob Murphy. This time will provides guests with the opportunity to learn about the organization's essential work directly from Mr. Murphy, as well as connect with other philanthropic-minded community members. We will then move to the Granor Greenhouse for a three-course, family-style meal that showcases the best of Granor's crops and other ingredients from local producers and farms.
