Sourdough Club: Holiday Breads
Sourdough Club is a series of classes, hosted once a month, each focused on a different sourdough topic. Led by Granor baker and sourdough extraordinaire, Jill Morgan, you will have opportunity to learn her tips and tricks, practice your new techniques, and ask her all your burning sourdough questions.
Eighth Session: Holiday Breads | Celebrate the season with the comforting tradition of homemade holiday breads! In this class, you'll learn the techniques behind rich, festive doughs as we create beautiful breads perfect for sharing with family and friends. We'll cover tips for incorporating seasonal flavors like warm spices, dried fruits, citrus, and nuts and techniques for making pillowy rolls! You'll leave with the skills and confidence to bake memorable breads that bring warmth to any holiday table.

Students arrive to a light dinner featuring our winter produce and Granor Table Wines (with non-alcoholic pairings available). Participants will then move to Granor Kitchen for a tasting of a variety of holiday breads and a step-by-step demonstration of how to create a perfect holiday loaf. These classes are interactive and have lots of opportunity for question asking and one-on-one instruction.
Students leave with a slew of information, a digital recipe packet, and the confidence to begin (or continue) their sourdough journey.
