Zaatar Edamame

Eating edamame can be as simple as steaming them and sucking them out of their pods, but adding a bit of salt and spice brings this healthy snack to all new heights!

2 pints soy beans in their pods
1 tsp zaatar spice
1/2 tsp salt


  1. In a bowl combine the soy beans, salt, and zaatar mixture
  2. Rub gingerly and then steam until bright green, about 4 minutes
  3. Remove from the steamer basket and serve
