Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup Granor pastry flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 lb strawberries, fresh or frozen, roughly chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Heat oven to 425F
Place a large frying pan in the oven to preheat
In a bowl whisk the eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt
Remove the frying pan from the oven and add the butter allowing it to melt
Then pour in the batter and return to the oven and let bake until puffed and golden brown, about 20 minutes
Meanwhile, combine the strawberries, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar and stir to mix
