Steamed Choy with Chili Crisp

This is the perfect accompaniment to a big bowl of noodles or steamy rice.

Ingredients

2-4 heads baby choy, cut in half and washed
1/4 cup chili crisp
2 scallions, thinly sliced
3 radishes, cut into quarters

Method

  1. In a steamer basket, steam the choy until bright green and tender, about 3 minutes
  2. Transfer to a serving platter and scatter the radish and scallion all over
  3. Spoon the chili crisp all over and serve
