These super simple cream scones are our favorite baked good to nestle under a big pile of strawberries.

575g all purpose flour
150g sugar
20g baking powder
5g salt
575g heavy cream


  1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
  2. Add the cream and bring together into a cohesive dough
  3. Either scoop or roll into a 2" thick slab and cut with a biscuit cutter
  4. Bake at 375F until cooked through and golden brown
