Ingredients

2 bunches radish, any variety but a variety of colors is nice, sliced thinly
3 oranges, any variety, peeled and cut into pinwheels
3 sprigs mint, leaves picked and roughly chopped
5 sprigs parsley, roughly chopped
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp five spice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Method

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss with a big pinch of salt
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired and serve immediately
  3. Note: the salt will cause the citrus and radishes to juice and so toss it just before serving
